Every Premier League fan thinks they know the league inside out. Then someone asks who has the most assists, and the room goes quiet.
This page has 50 Premier League quiz questions across four rounds: records, title races, transfers, and the classic 90s and 2000s. Three of them involve my own club in some way, and none of them are flattering.

Premier League Records Questions
My favourite stat in this whole round is Friedel’s. Playing 310 Premier League games in a row means not missing a single match for more than eight seasons, and I can’t see anyone doing it again. Numbers, firsts and oddities. Get these right and you know the league’s small print.

I’ve watched Bergkamp’s goal at Newcastle more times than I can count, and I’m still not completely sure he meant it. I also think he fouled Dabizas in the final turn – controversial I know. Bit thats a different discussion altogether.

How Did You Do?
Here is how I would rate your score out of 50.
- 45 to 50: You do not need a quiz. You need a TV punditry contract.
- 35 to 44: A proper Premier League brain. You know the league’s history and its small print.
- 25 to 34: Solid. You know your football, and the odd gap will not cost you down the pub.
- Under 25: Do not worry. The records round catches everyone out, so have another go tomorrow.
If there’s one question I’d expect to trip up most people, it’s the West Ham one. Going down with 42 points still feels like it should be impossible.
